Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Step 2: Access Your Order History
- Once logged in, click on My Account or Profile.
- Select Order History or My Orders from the menu.
- Find the order you'd like to track in the list.
Step 3: View Shipping Status and Tracking Information
- Click on the specific order number to open the order details page.
- Look for the Shipping Status section to see the current status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, In Transit, Delivered).
- If your order has shipped, you will see a Tracking Number or Track Package link.
- Click the tracking number or link to view detailed shipment progress on the carrier’s website.
What If You Don't See a Tracking Number?
- Sometimes tracking information takes 24-48 hours to update after your order ships.
- If it’s been more than two days since shipping and no tracking info is shown, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
