Touchscreen is continually down - need to keep rebooting
AnsweredI have a handful of touchscreens that often freeze up and I have to completely reboot. Do you think this is probably a hardware issue with the screen or a software issue. A reboot does typically work in solving the problem.

Is it always the same touchscreens? Or is different touchscreens that you need to reboot each flight?

Hi Bob - if i reboot consistently solves the problem, that is definitely a hardware issue. I would suggest your team run the troubleshooting app on the actual touchscreens.
